Recently, a 100t/h mobile continuous drum asphalt mixing plant customized for a customer in Peru has successfully completed full assembly and material-based trial operation at our factory. The plant will now proceed to disassembly and packaging before shipment.

This asphalt plant belongs to the category commonly referred to as the “super mobile plant“ in China’s industry, utilizing a continuous drum design. Compared with traditional batch-type asphalt plants, the continuous drum design offers a more compact structure, higher thermal efficiency, and significantly reduced complexity in control and metering systems — making it easier to commission quickly on overseas job sites.
With a rated capacity of 100 tons per hour, the plant is well-suited for small to medium-sized road construction, maintenance, and municipal projects. The entire plant adopts a modular and mobile design, with each unit mounted on a wheeled chassis. This allows rapid relocation between job sites with minimal or no foundation work — a significant advantage for project environments in Peru that involve multiple dispersed work zones.

During the factory trial run, we conducted full-system interlocked operation and material production testing according to actual site conditions. The test included:
① Variable-frequency controlled cold aggregate feeding
② Drying drum combustion and temperature control
③ Continuous asphalt metering and injection system
④ Filler supply and dust collection system coordination
⑤ Continuous finished product discharge and temperature monitoring
All systems operated stably, with output fluctuations well within acceptable limits. Finished material temperatures met the design targets, and emission parameters complied with environmental requirements. In addition, a simulated disassembly and relocation process was carried out on site to further verify the ease of assembly/disassembly and structural reliability of the super mobile plant under different working conditions.
Our technical team has already prepared a complete pre-shipment inspection checklist, disassembly and packaging plan, and an accompanying operation and maintenance manual. After the plant arrives in Peru, we will provide remote video guidance and online technical support to ensure smooth site installation and commissioning.
The successful delivery of this 100t/h super mobile continuous drum asphalt plant once again demonstrates our company’s capabilities in the design, manufacturing, and overseas project support of mobile asphalt equipment. We remain committed to providing reliable solutions to customers along the Belt and Road and across the South American market.
