The burner is specially designed for the dryer cylinders of asphalt mixing stations, with outstanding performance and user-friendly design. It adopts a low-pressure atomizing spray gun, delivering excellent fuel adaptability. Featuring a highly integrated and compact structure, the burner reduces installation difficulty and shortens installation time, while the neatly arranged fuel supply and control pipelines facilitate system connection. Equipped with rollers, the main burner unit can move back and forth, bringing great convenience to daily maintenance and overhaul. The inclination angle between the chassis plane of the main unit pulley and the flame nozzle axis is adjustable within 0-4 degrees, and the left-right double access door structure further simplifies maintenance work.
The oil pump and fan adopt frequency conversion control technology, which greatly enhances the system reliability. The annular gas channel, equipped with a dedicated flow-guiding gas nozzle and high-efficiency flame stabilization disk, achieves higher combustion efficiency. Matched with a special centrifugal fan and multi-layer air distribution structure, the burner produces a more stable flame shape. The fuel valve is equipped with a self-closing function, which can shut off automatically in extreme conditions to avoid safety accidents. All key components are equipped with reliable protective measures, enabling the burner to adapt to the harsh working environment of asphalt mixing stations, eliminate potential hazards and ensure high operational safety.
It supports constant frequency and constant pressure dual control modes, resulting in higher air-fuel ratio control accuracy. The ignition and start-up process is smooth and stable, and the temperature control precision is excellent. The gas burner is additionally fitted with complete safety protection systems, including high and low pressure protection, gas leakage detection, automatic flame detection, automatic purging and fast fault cut-off, fully guaranteeing operational safety.
